SÜSSES KAFFEE PROBIERSET

My favorite was the Congo/Ethiopia — a really delightful coffee. Bright, lively, and expressive, but still very smooth and easy to drink. It has that clean sweetness and vibrancy that makes the cup feel exciting without being overwhelming.

The Brazil Elemental was also very good, but in a different way. It’s a very neutral, reliable coffee — basically a perfect everyday base for espresso. Not overly complex, but extremely well-balanced and comfortable to drink. The kind of coffee that consistently gives you a great shot.

It’s always a pleasure to stop by for a cup. I’ve recently discovered a subscription — enjoying the roaster’s choice every month now!

I've just started using the Christmas coffee and it's so smooth. I think I make myself yet another cup.
