Slow natural processing brings superb depth and complexity to this Gesha, presenting an intense array of tropical fruit and sweet florals. In the cup, we find pineapple, mango, and lychee, with aromas of lemon, orange blossom, and elegant jasmine. The full body coats the palate with sweetness, complemented by acidity evolving from sparkling and fresh to deep and lactic.
In El Salvador, Peru, Brazil, and Panama, Graciano Cruz has embraced cutting-edge methods and an unwavering commitment to sustainability in coffee. Adjacent to the Baru Volcano National Park, a dedication to conservation helps shape every stage of production at Los Lajones.
Following multiple awards at the annual Best of Panama auction - including 7th place for a Washed Gesha in 2025 - Graciano has continued to help define the pinnacle of quality in Panama. In 2025 we were lucky enough to visit Graciano in Panama, cupping his coffees and discovering the special landscape of Los Lajones.

After harvest by hand, the whole coffee cherries are meticulously sorted and transferred to raised African beds to dry. With an elevation of 1950m, the cool temperatures at Los Lajones slow the fermentation and drying process, encouraging incredible depth and complexity in the !nal pro!le. The cherries are turned and inspected throughout the drying period to ensure an even process, beds covered at night to protect them from moisture.
