Right of Revocation
Revoke your contract here
You have the right to revoke this contract without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the final item of the order.
How to exercise your right of revocation:
This is a two-step process: you will first be asked to identify your order (e.g. by order number or email address), and then confirm your revocation. You will receive an electronic confirmation with the date and time of your revocation.

You may use the model revocation form below, though this is not required. The revocation is considered timely if the declaration or the goods themselves are dispatched within the revocation period.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For subscription contracts: The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the first goods.
For services: If you have requested that the performance of services begin during the revocation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your revocation, compared to the total scope of services covered by the contract.
