This season our washed Caturra is defined by its silky texture and generous sweetness. Milk chocolate creates a smooth foundation, while pear and stone fruit bring a delicate fruit character and soft acidity. As the coffee cools, notes of dried fruit emerge, adding depth to an already balanced cup. Sweet, clean and approachable, La Colina is equally rewarding as filter coffee or espresso.

Coffee that fits the season

It's pumpkin spice season, but this coffee doesn't need any spice to fit in. Great seasonal choice.

Like all the coffees from The Barn, great taste

Great coffee. Smooth and very drinkable. As with all the coffees I have had from The Barn, perfectly roasted and each one is a different tasting experience.
