Founded in Japan in 1958, this family-owned company has developed drip brewers and filter paper that are famous across the globe. The flat-bottomed filter shape brings out different coffee qualities compared to Hario´s cone-shaped drip brewer V60. We find that body and sweetness are more pronounced in a well-extracted Kalita Brew.
The paper fits the 155 size Kalita wave drip brewers as well as our small size Origami Drip Brewers.
