Green beans arrive through our front door and freshly roasted coffee gets sent all over the world. In 2021, we moved from our old roastery on Schönhauser Allee to a smart new home, complete with the bakery that supplies our Berlin cafés.

As you approach, the irresistible aroma of perfectly roasted coffee will awaken the senses. Sourcing, roasting, and serving the very best beans is what THE BARN is all about: from cuppings and coffee evaluations to roasting on our two Probat machines, this is where the magic happens!Day to day, our amazing team are hard at work to ensure our coffee reflects the best of terroir, origin, and process.

With every cup of coffee from THE BARN, you have a chance to taste truly memorable coffee that has been on an incredible journey.

Our roastery is not open to the public but you can watch us work while you sip a brew at the Annex Café, just next door.
