Add on to subscription plan delivery

Hi to all,
How come that we can't order additional merchandise with free delivery if i have subscription for coffee? About 6 months ago it was possible. Today is only coffee with 10% discount. Why you can't put all in one package?
Another problem was the delay in delivery, i.e. the delay in the preparation of the package, but that has been fixed. Well done on that.

Little awareness of importance of the delivery time

Advent calendar shipmentdates was adapted on the homepage from beginning to middle November without any further notification. Sometimes it belobgs to a present and should arrive on time for the visit
Even than date was not kept.
Splitted delivery with 2x wrong deliverypapers
Respondance on the adress „ecommerce@thebarncom“ is still missing.
