We are proud to present our first café location outside of Germany.

Located in beautiful Al Khazzan Park: right in the heart of Dubai between Al Wasl Road, City Walk and Downtown Dubai. The full view on Burj Khalifa is not the main attraction, it is the bungalow itself which boasts Japanese Architecture and a modern coolness that made us want to move in straight away. We would not be THE BARN if we would not have a couple of quirky circumstances that add to the personality of the place: like walking over grass to reach the café.

We are sharing the location with our friend Paul Frangie from HAPI Dubai, known for his quality food options and homemade ice creams. HAPI (dutch for: happy) resides right next to us and we are super happy to have great food next to our coffee and cake offerings.

The United Arab Emirates is one of our key markets where THE BARN is proud to have a fantastic fellowship and brand recognition. Our friends and partners in the region have great taste for quality and design. We love spending time and enjoy our coffees with a growing local community.

Our long term relationships with leading coffee specialists like Brew Café were on our side over the years and we are grateful for their ongoing support. They are part of our family. When Paul Frangie offered to share his amazing location with us, we simply could not say no to this unique opportunity.
