4 cl coffee spirit
4 cl of dry vermouth
Bar spoon of cherry liqueur
Splashes Peychauds Bitter

Cool with ice and strain in a cocktail glass.


RED BEAN
4 cl coffee spirit
4 cl red vermouth
1 cl Curacao / Triple Sec (orange liqueur)
Splashes Peychauds Bitter

Cool on ice and serve in the tumbler on ice.
