7g Strawberry Syrup
Double shot Dambi Uddo Espresso
4 Ice Cubes
Homemade Lemonade (recipe below)
Lemon to serve
20g sugar syrup
80g lemon juice
400g cold filtered water
Combine everything in a bottle and chill
Put 7g strawberry syrup at the bottom of the small mason jar, and add 3 ice cubes. Top this up with 70g homemade lemonade.
Add another ice cube, a small straw and pour in a double shot of Dambi Uddo espresso. Serve with a slice of lemon.
