Ever since Huye Mountain released its first natural processed coffee two years ago, our team has been captivated by this coffee. Inspired by its incredibly juicy character and delicate tea notes, our Café Kranzler team created a signature drink that highlights what makes this lot so special.
Using our THE BARN Standard AeroPress recipe, the team created a vibrant combination of Huye Mountain Natural, crushed goji berries, and Assam tea. The result is a signature drink bursting with natural sweetness and complex florals.
As with all of our signature drinks, the coffee remains the star ingredient. The Assam tea and goji berries work subtly alongside it, complementing and accentuating the natural flavours of blueberry and black tea.
We recommend letting the coffee cool for a minute before pouring small amounts into your cup. This allows the aromas to unfold fully as the drink develops. We hope you enjoy recreating it at home.

Weigh out 1.5g of goji berries and dice them into small pieces.
