You are in charge of all B2C customer inquiries, including our coffee subscribers.

Advice customers and facilitate their requests, orders.
Ensure customer happiness and having a great experience with us.

Add-ons for our coffee subscribers will be handled by you. As well as basic export documentation, for instance to the USA.

Close link to our shipping team to ensure smooth packing and delivery of all orders.

Hands on and problem-solving oriented.
You are organized and communicate well with our customers.
